Privacy Policy

China Sourcing PH ("we", "us") helps sellers in the Philippines source products from China. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us or submit a sourcing request, and how we use it.

What we collect

• The product photo(s) and description you send us.
• Your quantity, budget, and city in the Philippines.
• Your contact details (name, Messenger / Viber / WhatsApp / phone, email).
• Basic source information (e.g. which ad or link you came from).

How we use it

We use your information only to find suppliers, compare prices, prepare your quotation, and contact you about your request. We do not sell or rent your information to unrelated third parties.

Sharing

To fulfil a request, limited details may be shared with suppliers or logistics partners (for example, product specs and shipping destination). We do not share more than needed.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel, and the TikTok pixel to measure which ads and pages lead to enquiries. These set cookies and report aggregate activity to their providers. We never send them your photo, phone number, or the contents of your request. You can block them with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker without losing any functionality on this site.

How long we keep it

• Sourcing requests (photo, phone, city, notes): 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. We keep them this long because sellers commonly reorder, and we want your previous specs and supplier on hand.
• Enquiries that never became an order: 12 months, then deleted.
• Records needed for tax or accounting: kept as long as Philippine law requires, separate from the material above.
• Analytics data: retained by the provider under their own policy (Google Analytics is configured for 14 months).

Your rights and how to delete your data

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may ask us to show you, correct, or erase the information we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.

1. Message us on any channel below with the words "data request".
2. Include your inquiry number (shown after you submit, e.g. CSPH-1A2B3C4D) or the phone number you used, so we can find the right record.
3. We confirm within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 15 calendar days, then confirm again in writing.

Deletion removes your photo from storage and your row from our database. Messages already exchanged inside Messenger, WhatsApp, or Telegram are held by those platforms — delete those in the app itself. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

Who we are, and how to reach us

China Sourcing PH is an independently operated sourcing service for Philippine sellers. The person responsible for data requests is the operator of this site.
